Inside-AV is primarily a podcast staring Andrew Hutchison and Keith Clifford discussing various inside issues in the AV world.

In this episode Keith and Andrew discuss various technologies that didn't make it or were always just plain stupid.

A review of the new Cambridge Audio DAC Magic Plus is kicked of with a discussion of its feature set and then followed up by the "Void It" segment where equipment is disassembled and the internals photographed and discussed.

A quick bio on each contributor is chewed on plus a few other trade tid bits.

Pictures to the right show the insides of the Cambridge Audio DAC Magic plus as per what is described in the podcast.

Cambridge DAC Magic Plus with its lid removed. Volume control is of the continuous "rotary encoder" type. Cambridge DAC Magic Plus with its lid removed. Very nicely put together inside, especially considering the price.

Good DACs, half decent poloyprop caps, meerly okay electros.... Can't have everything at a $699 price point I suppose. All sockets are screwed to the back plane to help avoid damaged or dry solder jointed sockets in future.
